Well-Women's Health
VITAMINS:
- Calcium - 500-600mg twice a day (total of 1000-1500mg per day)
- Vitamin D (cholecalciferol or D3) - 1000-2000mg IV total per day
- Omega 3 Fatty Acids - fish oil pills or flax seed oil (total of 600-1000mg per day)
- B Complex - any brand you choose
- Folic Acid - 400-800 micrograms per day
- Baby Aspirin - 81mg per day
- Multi-Vitamin (any brand you choose, over the counter)
EXERCISE:
- 40-60 mins of cardiovascular exercise 4-6 times a week is recommended. Add some weight lifting or bearing exercises into your regimen.
